• July 10 is Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-Fil-A.  My daughter Ann has alerted me to this can’t-miss opportunity for those of you who have old costumes just laying around.  Of all my friends, I’m putting my money on the possibility that Debbie actually HAS such a costume.  Here’s the deal:  Any customer who shows up to the restaurant on July 10 dressed in full cow regalia -- that means dressed from head to hoof -- will get a free combo meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner).   We had a busy day at the office.  We finally have a lot of orders coming in for a product we have been promoting for several years.  Josh and Harry were both busy, so I was boxing up a shipment for UPS.  I am tape-impaired.  I cannot operate the tape roll dispenser, and they were both making fun of me.  Hummph.  I should have taped their mouths shut – they had better watch out.
